1. Excavation at the foundation wall perimeter, shoring installation and installation of fully reinforced waterproofing system. Installation of drainage system and backfill.

2. Installation of below basement slab-on-grade drainage system, rough-carpentry and interior finishes.

3. Restore all mechanical and electrical systems.
