Description of Work:
One St. Thomas is a 29 storey residential tower located near the intersection of Bay Street and Bloor Street in downtown Toronto. The scope of work included complete removal and replacement of joint sealant on the north and east building elevations including sealing all precast-to-precast joints (two stage), window perimeter and glass-to-metal joints. The work was carried out over the main entrance drive aisle and required erecting 14 foot high scaffolding to maintain fire truck access.
