Description of Work:

The scope of work included restoring the curtain wall at 19 Allstate Parkway including:

• Construction of test enclosure and assist engineer with air and water leakage testing
  
• Waterproofing the terrace roof including tie-in at curtain wall.
  
• Replacing all precast joint sealant (two-stage Joint).
  
• Removal of the snap caps and pressure plates, removal and replacement of all corner blocks, replacement of all internal joint sealants, reinstate snap caps and pressure plates.
  
• Isolated repair of precast concrete panels.
